OUR STORY - California Fresh began as an idea by three friends who were tired of the Corporate Grind. While at lunch with their wives back in 2003, the guys wanted sandwiches while the gals craved smoothies. When they couldn't find a place that served both, an idea was born! So the three friends created a deli that specializes in sandwiches and salads made with fresh meats, cheeses, and produce, while serving the best smoothies this side of the Pacific Ocean! Add in a dash of California ambience and a commitment to great customer service, and the rest is history. In 2009, California Fresh began expanding from its flagship Santa Maria store and franchising its concept. We hope to see California Fresh franchises from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara within three years.
